Horizons wants to focus not only on students locally, but the international families in the community as well. One plan is for the teaching of English to the wives and families of international students who often lead lonely and isolated lives because of their poor language skills. Teaching English can be a great way of building bridges of friendship and opening avenues for the gospel. We intend to host a women's Bible study and a seekers' study since those have expressed interest in using space.

The goal of the these Bible studies is to get American and International Christians and seekers together and study the Bible, meeting each individual right where they are.

Here Internationals have an opportunity to learn English in a Christian environment. Teachers build relationships with international students while teaching them how to get a better handle on the English language.

The ultimate goal is to have a thriving Christian international group that gets discipled and mentored to follow Jesus.
